Day 2, cycle 1 since IUD, 4 years ago.

Now I remember why I never missed this monthly event.  Big, bloated belly.  Crampy.  Bleeding through too many tampons to keep up with while I’m trying to trim out the upstairs hallway.  Yeck.

However, it is nice to know all the plumbing still works.  Something comforting about that.  Maybe, there’ll be a baby. 

Anyone know of a site with a simple cycle chart I could download, preferably for free?  You know, to keep up with temps, maybe some fun cervical mucous investigations, that sort of thing.  Be nice to know what’s going on, and avoid any potential pregnancy this month.
