Gestational Diabetes

It is difficult trying to add the time we\'ve invested looking up calorie webpages.

Ugh. yeah. The nausea can be horrible. Nothing much worked for me, either. Even when I didn't feel nauseous, the food aversion felt a lot like nausea.

*sympathy*

OH, check the package, I think all unisom is is Benadryl and a store brand benadryl will be much cheaper and is usually NOT a capsule. I've been doing the dramamine at night because it's what's in the cabinet. I can on fourth of one and staves off the constant gags, but not the realy big 'gotta pukes'. Dramamine and Benadryl break down in the system the same way and the body treats them identically once broken down. One is diphenhydramine and the other is diphenhydrenate.

I am still praying for you that it won't be as bad this time; first trimesters usually ignore this precious prayer request.
